18.1 acres

This property is home to a glorious wet-meadow; it is oval in shape, noisy with birds and in a pastoral setting.  Of special interest are the wood ducks in the ponds and the autumn cardinal flowers in the meadow. On the south end stonewalls nearly enclose a small square field, connected to the wet-meadow via a plank footbridge. It is --- perhaps even more than the average land bank property --- a place to go to be reflective, since it is so isolated.
