Eachpoquassit Hill Preserve

Sparing arable land from development is one thing. It’s prudent, and gratifying.  But more gratifying is when actual farming is revived on such land, and the number of Vineyard farms thus increases.  The backwoods here are owned by the land bank, while the grassland and building envelope are owned by the Island Autism Group, subject to a land bank agricultural preservation restriction.  A new working farm has resulted.
