The significant portion — 118.7 consolidated acres of frost bottom and scrub oak — are under land bank care, via a conservation restriction from the town to the land bank. Dog-walking (leashing required), universal access (easy terrain)

Nature study, hiking, picnicking, dog-walking (pets not allowed April 1 - July 1; otherwise welcome, on leash, before 10:00 am and after 5:00 pm), fishing, kayaking, swimming, scenic vista, universal access (moderate terrain).
