2017 - 2018 Guided Walks

Join the Martha's Vineyard Land Bank for a season of guided walks.
The land bank ecologist will lead free natural history walks on various land bank properties on the following days:

Sunday, October 1, 2017 :           Gay Head Moraine

                                                           Aquinnah

Sunday, November 5, 2017:       Sepiessa Point Reservation

                                                           West Tisbury

Sunday, January 7, 2018:             Featherstone Farm to Weahtaqua Springs Preserve                                                                                                Oak Bluffs                                                                                              

Sunday, February 4, 2018 :       Trade Wind Fields Preserve to Farm Pond

                                                         Oak Bluffs

Sunday, April 8, 2018:                 Middle Line Woods Preserve to Great Rock Bight Preserve                                                                                    Chilmark         

Sunday, May 6, 2018:                 Waskosim's Rock Reservation to Tiasquam Valley Reservation

                                                        West Tisbury and Chilmark

Walks are given rain or shine; dress appropriately. Walks begin at 1 pm and last approximately 1-2 hours unless otherwise noted. For more information call the land bank office at (508) 627-7141.
