Join the Martha’s Vineyard Land Bank for a winter season of guided walks.

The land bank staff will lead free natural history walks on various land bank properties on the following days:

 Join Sheriff’s Meadow Foundation and Martha’s Vineyard Land Bank staff on Sunday, April 6th, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM to explore the new trails and learn about the area’s natural and cultural history. ​​​​​​​Discover the brand-new trail system at Squibnocket Pond Reservation South with a guided walk led by SMF and MVLB staff on Saturday, May 17th, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Walks take place rain or shine, so hikers are advised to dress appropriately. Walks begin at 1 pm and last approximately 1-2 hours unless otherwise noted. For more information call the land bank office at (508) 627-7141.
